Mountain City Rehab Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Frostburg, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-1) to join our team. As a CNA-1, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their daily living activities, and promoting a positive and comfortable environment.

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding) • Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators • Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff • Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care • Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives • Be sensitive to residents' families and respond in an appropriate professional way as the situation requires • Keep residents' bed, dresser, bathroom, and general living area clean and tidy • Answer call lights promptly

• CNA-1 in Maryland • Previous experience in long-term or skilled nursing care preferred • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations • Strong communication and teamwork skills
