Shift Manager

Position Overview This position is for a Shift Manager at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift. Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness to satisfy customers. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transition. Meet shift targets and support department goals. Food Safety. Internal Communication. Inventory Management. Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness. Managing Crew. Quality Food Production. Exceptional Customer Service. Safety and Security. Scheduling. Training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older. A flexible schedule, positive team orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are required.
