This individual:Supervises section operations and staff performanceEnsures accuracy of test results and quality control standardsMaintains regulatory compliance and accreditation requirementsOversees quality assurance, policies, and proceduresPerforms laboratory testing using manual and automated methodsSupports equipment maintenance and operational efficiencyCollaborates with medical staff and leadership as a technical resourceCompletes additional duties as assignedQualificationsEducation, Experience, TrainingASCP certification, or equivalent, requiredRequires one year of clinical laboratory work experience required.Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical, biological science, or Medical Laboratory Technology from an accredited institution, or other educational requirements as stated in CLIARequires current and valid California State License.Pay TransparencyPremiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $50.67 to $69.36. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
