Role Description

The Multisite Leasing Agent will assist in leasing activities and resident relations for multiple properties managed by Nex-Gen Management and cover assets throught the portfolio when needed. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Clarksville TN Key responsibilities include showcasing properties to prospective tenants, administering lease agreements, maintaining resident satisfaction, and supporting property management operations. Successful candidates will contribute to occupancy goals while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with leasing policies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Leases and Lease Administration
• Knowledge and experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on tenant satisfaction and problem resolution
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and adapt to a hybrid working model
• Proficiency in property management software and digital tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or property leasing is an advantage
