COLLEGE STUDENTS WELCOME!

A-Line Striping is seeking dependable Summer Construction Laborers to assist our pavement marking crews during the busy summer season.

This position is ideal for college students, recent graduates, teachers on summer break, or anyone looking for seasonal employment. No prior striping experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

This is a seasonal position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Part-time employees typically work 2–5 days per week based on workload and availability. Workdays are generally full construction shifts.

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work outdoors in summer weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 50–90 pounds
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties:
• Assist pavement marking crews
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Set up and pick up traffic cones and work zone devices
• Operate blowers and other small equipment
• General labor and construction-related tasks

Schedule:
• Full-day shifts when scheduled
• Start and end times vary based on customer schedules, weather, and jobsite conditions
• Some shifts may begin in the afternoon and continue into the evening
• Overtime and weekend work may be available

Starting Pay:
• $20.00 per hour
• Overtime opportunities available

Reliability is extremely important. We are looking for individuals who show up on time, are ready to work, and can commit to the schedule they provide.

Work is based out of Schenectady, NY.
