Founding teachers bring engaging, student-centered learning to life through the Model System’s play-centered COMPASS Learning Framework, as part of a collaborative community of deeply caring educators. About Southwest Christian Academy Southwest Christian Academy is a Model System school located in Dallas, Texas, and serves grades K-10. With rich history spanning over 90 years, the school has a long legacy of faith and service to the families in its community. Today, the school is stepping into a renewed chapter, strengthening its mission and demonstrating what small Adventist schools can become. What It Means to Be a Founding Teacher As a founding educator, you will help shape the culture, practices, and traditions of Model System schools. This role is ideal for educators who are energized by building something meaningful from the ground up.
