Skilled Laborer / Field Service Technician

East Syracuse, NY | Full-Time

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Join a growing team and work on residential and commercial construction projects involving carpentry, electrical, HVAC, remodeling, and general repairs.

What You'll Do

• Frame walls and structures.
• Hang, finish, and repair drywall.
• Install trim and perform finish carpentry.
• Wire outlets, switches, and power supplies.
• Assist with HVAC installation and service.
• Demo, rebuild, and modify units to customer specifications.
• Read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Travel to job sites and customer locations.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete, handyman work, or general labor.

✅ Ability to read blueprints and tape measures accurately.

✅ Experience using hand and power tools.

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

✅ Reliable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined.

Bonus Skills

⭐ Framing, finish carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience.

⭐ OSHA or construction safety knowledge.

⭐ Previous experience as a helper, apprentice, or field technician.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
