Indianapolis Area Palliative Care Physician Needed for a Great TeamWe are searching for a Palliative Care physician who is either Board Eligible or Board Certified to become a valued member of a great team in Lafayette, IN. The team is composed of two physicians, five nurse practitioners, an onsite chaplain, and a dedicated social worker, working to provide exceptional care. In this role, you'll benefit from a flexible schedule, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On average 25 inpatients daily.Practice details include:Hospital EmployeeSigning Bonus available, contact us for detailsRelocation Bonus availableNational Catholic Bioethics certification, preferredCollegial team of specialistsOnsite chaplain and social workerPhysicians share call and act as backup for Nurse Practitioner for nights and weekendsIncome guarantee, with bonus incentives27 days of Allowed Time Off plus five additional paid days for CME with annual stipendA flexible and realistic work-life balanceRetirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)Leadership development through board and committee opportunities
