Mental Health Support Worker

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to provide direct, recovery-focused support to adults and youth living with mental health challenges. In this role, you’ll assist with daily living skills, goal setting, and community integration while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. You will implement service plans developed by clinicians, document progress, and respond to crises using trauma-informed, de-escalation strategies. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered culture, you’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and have opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth.
