Our team thrives in a vibrant, customer-focused environment that values growth, accountability, and forward thinking — all while making technology work for every corner of Virginia.Minimum QualificationsConsiderable experience in strategic and tactical planning, program management, and policy development for medium to large organizations in the private and/or public sector.Considerable experience planning, implementing, reviewing, or evaluating IT projects, including developing and publishing policies, standards, or guidelines.Experience developing and delivering training or facilitating adult learning.Considerable experience working within project management standards and/or risk management frameworks.Experience interpreting and applying federal and state laws/regulations.Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.Considerable experience managing recurring review cycles for standards, templates, or methodology documentation, including maintaining version control and change history.Considerable experience preparing formal reports, briefings, or presentations for leadership based on project or portfolio analysis.Certifications such as PMI‑RMP or PMP are required.Additional ConsiderationsPrevious Commonwealth experience is highly desirable.Special InstructionsYou will be provided a confirmation of receipt when your application and/or résumé is submitted successfully.
