About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director, Global Regulatory Strategy to spearhead the regulatory strategy for its high-profile injectable aesthetics portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global regulatory strategies, with a focus on neurotoxins and related biologic assets. This role involves leading regulatory interactions with various health authorities, providing strategic oversight for medical device programs, and driving regulatory strategy for significant development and post-marketing initiatives. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing global regulatory organization, mentoring future leaders, and managing departmental priorities, resource allocation, and budget planning. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced scientific, medical, pharmacy, or regulatory degree preferred, and at least 15 years of regulatory affairs experience, with a minimum of 10 years in injectable aesthetics, neurotoxins, or closely related therapeutic areas. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in developing and leading global regulatory strategy, significant FDA experience, and a deep understanding of CDRH requirements for medical devices. Experience in the aesthetic medicine industry, particularly with neurotoxins, and a proven track record of leading large global teams in a matrixed environment are highly valued. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management capabilities, and have a strong knowledge of regulatory policy developments impacting aesthetics, biologics, and medical devices.
