We are TÜV SÜD. Your Tasks Oversee day-to-day operations of the Alpharetta laboratory, ensuring compliance with TÜV SÜD policies, quality standards, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements. Lead and coach a high-performing sales and operations team; establish operational KPIs, monitor performance, assess training needs, and conduct performance reviews. Develop and execute site-level business and sales strategies across key ICT service areas, including ITE, consumer goods, machinery, lighting, and laboratory services. Own site budgeting and forecasting activities; develop annual operating plans, monitor expenditures, and provide monthly financial updates to support business objectives. Streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, and overall site performance. Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the site is appropriately staffed, equipped, and positioned to meet customer demand and growth objectives. Support business development efforts through customer meetings, technical discussions, and testing engagements; ensure projects are executed on time while achieving revenue and margin targets. Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the site. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (required/preferred per local policy). 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, including developing individuals and teams. 5+ years of laboratory operations experience with financial and cost accountability; proven ability to achieve revenue, margin, and operational KPI targets. 3–5+ years of experience within product safety, compliance, testing, inspection, or certification (TIC) services. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels. High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM and operational systems preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
