Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School Setting - Multiple Locations

Salary: $120,000 - $126,000 per year

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based environment. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop intervention plans, provide consultation and training, and oversee the implementation of evidence-based behavioral services.

Position Details

• Salary: $120,000 - $126,000 annually

• Schedule: 35 Hours per Week

• Start Date: August 2026

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide consultation and training to teachers, staff, and caregivers

• Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress

• Support students with academic and behavioral deficits

• Collaborate with school personnel and multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional BCBA standards

• Supervise behavioral services and provide clinical oversight

Minimum Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification through BACB

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Teaching, or a related field

• Experience providing behavior analytic services preferred

• School-based experience preferred

• Minimum one (1) year pediatric experience preferred

• Current CPR Certification (if applicable)

• TB Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)

• Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)

• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
