Global Information Security Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Drive Security Strategy & Governance: define and implement a global information security strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring robust policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Lead Risk Management Activities: identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks, developing proactive mitigation plans to safeguard systems, data, and operations.
• Strengthen Security Awareness Culture: design and deliver engaging awareness and training programs to embed a strong security mindset across the organization.
• Manage Incident Response & Resilience: develop and oversee incident response processes, ensuring effective detection, response, and recovery from cyber threats.
• Ensure Compliance & Monitoring: maintain compliance with key regulations (e.g., NIS2) and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS), while enhancing monitoring capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate Across Ecosystems: work closely with IT/OT teams, external partners, and industry bodies to strengthen security architecture, third‑party risk management, and sector-specific requirements.

Your Background

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of proven experience in Information Security or similar roles
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, combined with a solid understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 or IEC 62443
• Strong familiarity with NIS2 regulatory requirements, with additional exposure to frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, or NIST CSF as a plus
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, with exposure to sector-specific standards (e.g., ENX TISAX, FIRST CSIRT) considered a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, present effectively, and work autonomously in an international environment (fluent English required)
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) and experience with Azure Cloud Security are considered advantageous
