Senior Manager of Content Strategy

To support a growing mission in the aging experience sector, the full-time Senior Manager of Content Strategy will develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy, oversee content production across various formats, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage a centralized master content calendar to align content rollouts with product launches and marketing campaigns Produce high-quality content and mentor a team of internal writers and external contractors Collaborate with various teams to implement integrated marketing campaigns and optimize content for SEO Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in content strategy, information architecture, or content operations within a DTC/B2C environment Proven experience designing complex, multi-channel editorial calendars and content matrices Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Open mindset toward generative AI and eagerness to collaborate with tech partners Understanding of customer journey mapping and content management systems (CMS)
