The Role We’re looking for a highly organized and relentlessly reliable Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team. You’ll own the day-to-day candidate experience and recruiting coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep our hiring pipeline moving quickly and smoothly. This is a high-agency role where speed, judgment, and follow-through matter. What You’ll Do Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics from initial interview through offer Communicate directly with candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience Keep our hiring pipeline moving and make sure next steps happen quickly Keep Ashby and other recruiting systems accurate and up to date Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly Help recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and on track Improve and automate recruiting workflows as we scale Take ownership of whatever needs to get done to keep hiring moving What We’re Looking For Quick to learn.
