Planisware Configuration SpecialistJob#: 3053020Job Description:Planisware Configuration SpecialistPay: $50-$65/hrLocation: Warren, Michigan (Onsite)Role OverviewAn experienced Planisware Configuration Specialist is sought to support the ongoing expansion and optimization of an enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform. This individual will be responsible for configuring, administering, and enhancing the Planisware environment to support project planning, resource management, portfolio governance, financial tracking, and reporting. The role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, PMO teams, and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Planisware solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Planisware modules, workflows, forms, templates, fields, and business rules.Design and implement process improvements within the Planisware environment.Configure user roles, permissions, security settings, and governance controls.Support system upgrades, testing activities, and enhancement deployments.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.Provide advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution for end users.Develop training materials and facilitate user training sessions.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user experience.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or administering Planisware.Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms and processes.Strong understanding of resource planning, capacity management, and project governance.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience creating reports, dashboards, and portfolio metrics.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting enterprise Planisware implementations.Experience within large, complex organizations.Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Understanding of project financial management and portfolio governance.Experience integrating Planisware with enterprise applications and reporting tools.PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or related certifications are preferred.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
