Junior Electrical Engineer

Junior-Level Electrical EngineerA Medical Device customer is seeking a junior-level Electrical Engineer to support a variety of electrical design, documentation, and cost-reduction initiatives. The primary focus will be on cable assemblies, wiring documentation, schematic development, and engineering support for product redesigns aimed at reducing manufacturing costs.Key Responsibilities:Create and maintain cable drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical documentation.Support large PCB and cable assembly projects through detailed engineering documentation.Analyze electrical components, wiring paths, and interconnections to ensure accuracy and functionality.Assist with cost-reduction initiatives, including redesigning expensive aerospace-style cable assemblies into more cost-effective flat-flex solutions.Develop and update schematics and electrical designs.Utilize SolidWorks for cable design and documentation activities.Perform extensive data analysis, tracking, and documentation using Excel.Ensure designs adhere to industry cabling and harness standards.
