Pella Corporation is seeking a motivated student for our Social Media Marketing Internship in Pella, Iowa. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting Pella's social media efforts through content planning, analytics, campaign support, and community engagement. Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll contribute to initiatives that help strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and business objectives across social platforms. Interns gain exposure to social media strategy, performance measurement, content development, and trend analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a real-world business environment. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will support Pella's social media team through content, analytics, and campaign-related projects. Responsibilities are similar to what we expect of entry-level digital marketing professionals and provide opportunities to build marketing, communication, analytical, and project management skills through meaningful work and real business initiatives. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you may: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of platform-specific social media content Analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and brand impact Research social media trends, competitive activity, and audience behaviors to identify opportunities for content and engagement Assist with campaign support and other social media initiatives Partner with marketing team members to support business objectives through social media channels Contribute to projects that directly impact brand awareness and audience engagement Projects and assignments will be determined based on business needs and team priorities. Additional Information Full-time internship assignment (May-August 2027) Assigned manager and project support throughout the internship No supervisory responsibilities Opportunities to collaborate with marketing and cross-functional business teams Exposure to content planning, analytics, community management, and social media strategy Opportunity to gain experience supporting a nationally recognized consumer brand Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field Sophomore or Junior standing preferred Strong academic standing Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with digital marketing, social media management, analytics, content creation, or consumer behavior through coursework, campus organizations, internships, projects, or work experience Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders Interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation Preferred Skills & Experience Experience analyzing performance data and identifying recommendations or opportunities for improvement Experience managing projects or assignments with increasing levels of independence Understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and emerging trends Experience creating content for personal, campus organization, volunteer, or professional social media channels Familiarity with content planning, reporting, or social media analytics tools Compensation:

The starting pay rate for this position is

$23.00 per hour

. Compensation for this role is established through Pella Corporation’s internship program.
