What You’ll Do: Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments Follow up with customers via phone, text, and email Assist with service reminders and retention efforts Greet customers and handle cashier transactions efficiently Maintain accurate customer records in our system Work closely with service advisors to ensure a seamless experience What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous BDC, call center, or cashier experience preferred (automotive is a plus!)
