General Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianShift: Two Shifts Available!Monday through Friday 6am -2:30pmMonday through Friday 2:30pm - 11pmSummary: The primary purpose of this job is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continued operation of all machines, equipment, and building systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:Inspect and diagnose problems related to safe operation of all equipment and systemsPerform routine preventive maintenance of all conveyor, machinery, equipment, and material handling as directedComplete all assigned work orders in a timely manner utilizing the facilities work order system/CMMSMaintain the serviceability of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas throughout our facilitiesMaintain the overall appearance of our facilities both inside and outsideMaintain safe entrances for all during winter months controlling snow and ice conditionsHave ability to work independently and in a team based on the needs of the work orderOther duties to be assigned as neededEducation and/or Experience: High School Diploma and/or Technical Vocational School Training.
