Training and Career Growth opportunities based on performance Culture of innovation and a fast-paced, exciting, team-focused environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on operational success and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience Experience using an RF scanner Forklift and similar warehouse equipment experience Basic computer skills Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team member Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to shoulder height Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed What You'll Do Receive and process incoming air shipments and container deliveries with a focus on timeliness and accuracy Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain the security, integrity, and accuracy of physical inventory Execute daily cycle counts using SAP and inventory control processes Participate in inventory audits and physical inventory counts Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and inventory movement activities Assist the Shipping team with picking and packing operations as needed Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements What Success Looks Like In this role, you will: Maintain exceptional inventory accuracy and data integrity Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and on schedule Successfully meet and exceed cycle count and inventory audit requirements Ensure picking locations remain stocked and ready to support operational demands Contribute to continuous improvements in inventory processes and warehouse organization Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment Ideal Backgrounds You may have achieved success in these areas—or others—and be ready to advance your career!
