Production Supervisor

Overview gpac is working with a dairy manufacturing plant in Vernon County, Wisconsin seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. The company is a well-known dairy manufacturer that has been providing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for 30+ years. They are looking for someone who will be responsible for manufacturing, efficiency, inventory, safety and maintenance for the department, assessing shift needs and helping to achieve company and facility goals in collaboration with other department supervisors and management. They have an excellent group of employees who are highly trained and are looking for a true leader. Responsibilities Manage and coach the team to success, ensuring manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift. Shift is 10pm-7am, Sunday - Thursday. Collaborate with other shift departments. Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulatory. Ensure safety of all employees. Troubleshoot and work with the Maintenance team. Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution. Qualifications Dairy experience required with 3+ years in a dairy manufacturing facility. Highly motivated, with great communication and leadership skills. Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations. Familiarity working with data management programs. Strong understanding of GMPs and Food Safety. Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive. Benefits Competitive compensation.
