Community Care of North Carolina is seeking a Care Manager 1 - Non-Clinical to provide statewide care management for Medicaid enrolled members. The role requires collaboration with providers, families, and community teams to coordinate seamless health care across services. The position is field-based with remote work when not providing services; occasional in-person trainings and travel within North Carolina are expected.
