As part of our team, you'll receive hands-on training in the SA Way and have plenty of room to grow and advance. You'll play an important role in helping our clients and supporting our temporary associates — all while being part of a supportive team that truly values your contributions.
What You Need to Join Our Team
• Background as a warehouse lead or supervisor
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) a must!
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and multitask
• Prior staffing or onsite coordination experience is a plus
• Comfortable with walking throughout the shift
• Willingness to work extra hours, if needed
• Reliable transportation
What You'll Be Doing Within the Warehouse Environment
• Supervise temporary associates during shifts, ensuring compliance with GMPs and PPE
• Participate in trainings and team meetings
• Conduct daily safety observations and production walk-throughs
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with client management
• Process payroll and manage paid sick leave
• Deliver exceptional customer service to associates and client leadership
Hours & Salary
- 1st & 2nd Shift
- Weekly salary starting at $840 depending on experience
