Wage Range: Min: $19.15, Mid: $22.50, Max: $25.85

A Brief Overview

The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist I services the Bank's loan portfolio and follows established lending policies and procedures. This role involves loan input and routine loan maintenance. The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist I is a multi-functional, customer-oriented role that relies on instructions and pre-established procedures to perform the functions of this job.

What you will do

• Input data entry of new loans bookings, loan disbursing, loan file maintenance, and servicing of all loan types on the Bank's core system, with a concentration on commercial loans.
• Review data input for accuracy and completeness.
• Process daily functions of all loan records including loan payments, construction draws, advances, participation payments, and payoff requests.
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance for any customer questions about documents or loan data.
• Monitor Loan Input email account and follow up in a timely manner.
• Process daily mail pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Loan Operations and Commercial Loan Support department supervisor/manager.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

• Associate's Degree and minimum 2 years retail banking, loan servicing preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
