Reporting to an experienced Director of Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager Perioperative Services will be supported by clinical educators, service-line coordinators, charge RNs, and business/analytics partners while collaborating closely with anesthesia, surgeons, sterile processing, PACU, and supply chain; in this Nurse Manager Perioperative Services position, responsibilities span staffing and scheduling, budget stewardship, preference card optimization, on-time starts, turnover efficiencies, block utilization, accreditation readiness, patient safety initiatives, and shared-governance councilswhile mentoring a friendly team of nurses and a diverse, interdisciplinary group of healthcare professionals dedicated to Just Culture and continuous improvement.
