How You Will Make a Difference Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality. Supervise the day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. What You Need to Make a Difference Possess an active RN license in your state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Customer‑service oriented with ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills, prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
