Pediatric Dentist Or General Dentist Comfortable Seeing All Pediatric Patients

Schedule: Full-Time, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday 8a-5p)

Work Details:

• Full-Time, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday 8a-5p)
• Due to a retirement of one of the providers. The periodontist is scheduling 2 days per month
• Patient mix: FFS and insurance (no Medicaid currently)
• PMS: Denticon
• 4 total chairs
• Daily guarantee for initial ramp up period (typically 3-6 months) or % collections (whichever greater during the guarantee period) minus lab fees (typically will match % rate)
• Averages $800-1,600 per day guarantees depending on specialty, schedule and experience level (higher end for Pediatric Specialists)
• Averaging 28-35% collections rates
• If the candidate demands, we could likely set up a tiered comp plan which increases rates over a period of time

Employment Benefit Package

Qualifications: We will consider a General Dentist for a Pediatric position if they are passionate about kids dentistry or have experience treating kids. We will consider new grads and candidates requiring licensing and/or relocation. It typically takes 90-120 days to fully credential a provider, so we typically need at least a couple months before the start date to complete onboarding and initiate credentialing.
