Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader. The role places you at the front line of patient recovery, providing individualized, compassionate care with advanced technology. Responsibilities Supervise care and treatment plans and lead patient assessments. Tailor care plans and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care as needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate patient victories and milestones. Qualifications Valid RN license as required by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred.
