Salary Range $24.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Overview
In general, Shift Managers supervise valet operation in accordance with AAA Parking policies and procedures. They are also responsible for ensuring smooth production operation during shifts.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise valets in accordance with AAA Parking policies and procedures
- Train and coach valets
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
- Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels
- Schedule and conduct shift meetings
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure a clean and safe work area
- Complete shift paper work
- Other duties as assigned
