SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated Construction Inspector Level II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves monitoring and inspecting various construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address any issues and ensure timely resolution. Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records of all inspections performed. Provide recommendations and feedback to improve processes and project outcomes. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives. Participate in project meetings and provide input on construction progress and quality assurance. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance inspection capabilities. Assist in training new inspectors and sharing knowledge on inspection techniques and procedures. EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. At least 12 months of relevant experience in construction inspection or a similar role. Certification as a Construction Inspector Level II or equivalent is highly desirable. Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening. Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption. SCHEDULE Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5 PM, depending on project needs. BENEFITS Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision for eligible employees.
