Foreclosure Specialist

Job Type Full‑time Description McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist for our South Carolina practice. Remote work will be considered for the right candidate located in South Carolina. The Foreclosure Specialist will coordinate foreclosure activities and processes with attorneys and other departments, ensuring actions are properly documented, recorded and adhere to foreclosure timelines. Responsibilities Work closely with attorneys to oversee foreclosure actions Ensure adherence to client, state, and federal requirements Track database entry and legal documents throughout the review process Prepare accurate judgment figures, payoffs, and reinstatement Coordinate past dues and work with attorney firms to ensure timely completion Communicate with attorneys to update files in legal processes (e.g., foreclosure and eviction proceedings) Lead special projects and reporting required by clients Document accounts with actions taken, correspondence, and explanations of delay, if any Ensure information in legal documents is accurate and meets quality assurance standards Create and image supporting documents used to validate information in legal documents Monitor foreclosure loans and ensure foreclosure actions are completed timely, minimizing financial losses Qualifications Working knowledge of foreclosure law and terminology Excellent professional communication skills, interacting with interoffice personnel, managers, attorneys, clients, and vendors Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word Well organized, effective time management, and ability to prioritize workload for optimum efficiency Strong verbal and written communication skills Capacity to perform multiple tasks, meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality Strong work and business ethics; self‑motivated and able to work independently and as a team player Effective problem‑solving skills Attention to detail Working knowledge of client systems including Black Knight/LPS, Tempo, a360 CaseAware Requirements Background check and two professional references Pre‑employment screens and eligibility to work in the United States Potential criminal and/or credit history checks and reference checks depending on the nature of the position Success in completing required standards EEO Statement McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is an equal‑opportunity employer, a drug‑free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
