Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour depending on experience
• Bonuses: $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)
• Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement for travel

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and consults
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and treatment plans
• Setup and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, PAP therapy, and other respiratory devices
• Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and clinical evaluations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain respiratory equipment
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely
• Provide follow-up care and ongoing support
• Participate in training of new clinical staff as needed

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid RRT license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Preferred:
  • Hospital or home healthcare experience
  • Degree in respiratory therapy or related field
  • Experience with ventilator management and advanced respiratory devices
  • 1+ year of relevant clinical experience
