Description Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide treatment direction for substance abuse clients; to select and maintain adequate clinical staff to meet regulatory and licensing regulations; to assess clinical programs; and to provide administrative oversight of the facility. This position works closely with the Corporate Clinical Director. - Assures program compliance with DDAP and all other regulatory agencies.
- Assists in the creation and implementation of all clinical programming.
- Assists in the development of all clinical staff training programs.
- Monitors quality of program and performance of clinical treatment team through chart reviews, audits of lectures and groups, patient care monitoring and utilization review activities.
- Meets daily with Utilization Review team to discuss issues, coordinate delivery of quality care and monitor morale.
- Prepares clinical staff schedules and rosters to assure twenty four hour coverage daily.
- Coordinates a comprehensive treatment team model that is in compliance with state license and applicable standards.
- Oversees the policies and procedures for treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning and delivery of services.
- Participates as an active member of assigned committees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
