We are looking for part-time or full-time Nannies located in and around Lake Country, WI. Involves providing attentive, age‑appropriate care for children in a private home setting. Day‑to‑day tasks include supervising children’s activities, engaging them in play and educational experiences, and supporting their social and emotional development. Nannies will likely prepare meals and snacks for children, assist with basic household tasks related to childcare (such as tidying play areas and children’s laundry), and help maintain consistent routines for naps, homework, and bedtime. A Nanny role also includes communicating with parents about daily activities, behaviors, and milestones, as well as following family guidelines regarding discipline, screen time, safety, and health. Nannies are expected to create a safe, nurturing environment and adapt care to each child’s individual needs. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Babysitting and Childcare, with a strong commitment to child safety and well-being. Comfort and skill in Working With Children of different ages, including an understanding of Early Childhood Development principles. Ability to perform basic Cooking and meal preparation for children, including healthy snacks and simple meals. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent schedules and routines for children. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and provide clear updates on children’s activities and needs. CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain these credentials. Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation, if required by the family.
