Job Title: District ManagerReports To: Regional Operations ManagerDepartment: OperationsHome Market: ArizonaThe District Manager position contributes to Nekter Juice Bar’s success by directing and educating the General Managers within their specified district on their store operations. The district manager must provide clear direction and leadership to help the store management drive sales, manage budget, and ensure profitability. You should have experience leading multiple stores, because you’ll also be responsible for ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and measuring the financial performance of all of the locations in your area. But most of all you’ll be inspiring a team of great people committed to creating the Nekter Experience. Nekter Juice Bar is a great place to work and our team members love what they do.RESPONSIBILITIESSales/Customer ServiceAccountable for sales growth within the district and assist the General Managers in developing and reaching their sales goalsResponds pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situationsMaintains and drives high standards and expectations of customer service by empowering store teamsIs sales driven and generates a sales environment in stores through customer engagementStore OperationsRoutinely visits assigned stores through district, ensuring Nekter’s policies and procedures are properly executedSets up and maintains cost and labor controls through scheduling and reviewsMonitors controllable store expenses for profitabilityResponsible for store management supervision including but not limited to providing direction to the team, corrective counseling, and conducting meaningful performance evaluations.Staffs, trains, and organizes the openings of new Nekter Juice Bar store’sConducts regularly scheduled District wide meetings to provide direction, communicate Nekter’s initiatives, reviews sales plans, promotions, and other key actions.Product KnowledgeEducate General Managers on all products and servicesConsistently maintains the highest quality of product standards to consistently deliver the Nekter ExperienceDesired Skills and ExperienceQualifications3-5 years as a Area or District Manager in food serviceHigh School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred3 or more years of management experienceDirect supervision of 3 or more stores/unitsResponsibility for training and developing teamsExcellent communication skillsResponsibility over a P&L, inventory management, budget, and sales targetsResponsibility for training and developing teamsStrong leadership skillsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingBasic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationBenefits of working at Nekter Juice BarPerformance based bonusMedical, Dental, & Vision BenefitsPaid Time Off & Sick TimeGreat Company CultureUp and Coming company with huge potential for growthNekter Juice Bar is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
