We provide comprehensive treatment ranging from conservative management of common injuries to advanced surgical care for complex upper extremity conditions. Position Overview The Institute for Hand & Arm Surgery is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) for a part-time or full-time, on-site position providing maternity leave coverage. The therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of upper extremity diagnoses, fabricate custom orthoses, and work closely with our hand surgeons to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. This position offers direct mentorship from two hand surgeons. Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential preferred but not required Physical Agent Modality Certification preferred Experience in upper extremity rehabilitation and custom orthosis fabrication Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid clinical reasoning and medical knowledge Previous hand therapy experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Employment Type Part-Time or Full-Time Maternity Coverage Position Anticipatedcoverage period: Approximately 5–6 months, starting mid September 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr Institute For Hand & Arm Surgery
