RN Registered Nurse Full Time Part Time 11p-7a

Job Overview The Meadows Skilled Nursing is seeking 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. Registered Nurses to join our team. The Meadows of Central Massachusetts is an 82‑bed transitional care facility located alongside Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts – Central Campus. The facility provides comprehensive skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for patients recovering from serious injuries or illnesses. We specialize in short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term care, and respite care. Shift: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Responsible for comprehensive assessment of resident and family needs to determine required nursing services. Understand and integrate the needs of adult and geriatric residents in delivery of nursing care. Provide direct care, delegate and supervise all nursing care. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage resident care, improve quality, establish professional relationships, and fulfill facility responsibilities. Provide direct care and manage resident activities during shift. Serve as liaison to keep Program Manager and/or Nursing Supervisor informed of major occurrences and program needs. Required Skills Current, valid, and active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor. Additional Qualifications/Skills One (1) year of medical/surgical, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
