Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide perioperative patient care in the operating room. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing support during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer preoperative and post-operative nursing care to patients.
  
  
• 
  Assist surgeons and anesthesia staff during procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and adjust care plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate and detailed patient records throughout surgical processes.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including BLS certification requirements.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license with current registration and credentials.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required.
  
  
• 
  Prior experience in perioperative or operating room nursing preferred.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, safety standards, and patient care protocols.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
