Clinical Dietitian

University Hospitals Rehabilitation Hospital in Beachwood, OH seeks a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy for adult inpatient rehab patients. Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, individualized care plans, enteral nutrition management, and monitoring clinical outcomes for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. You will collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, nursing, and case management, educate patients and families, document per regulatory standards, precept students as appropriate, and support quality improvement in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
