Logistics Analyst

Lead development and implementation of Transportation Management System (TMS) modules alongside IT teams and Lead Logistics Providers Gather stakeholder requirements, create business cases, and present proposals to management Document and improve business practices across material logistics teams to create process efficiencies and cost savings Develop and maintain freight databases, dashboards, and key metrics Interface with Lead Logistics Providers on connectivity with the new TMS and define future system-connection processes Create implementation plans and rollout processes with key stakeholders Support special projects and requests through data gathering and analysis Work remotely, with flexibility to come to the office when needed Requirements Bachelor's Degree 3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Premium Freight, or Manufacturing Aptitude to deliver new IT tools to support technology requirements Strong leadership skills to collaborate with plant personnel, staff MP&L, and cross-functional teams Ability to produce quality results under time constraints, independently and in team settings Strong analytical abilities and decision-making capability Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and development of permanent corrective actions Strong understanding of Material Planning & Logistics systems, including TMS or similar systems Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, QlikSense, or Google Cloud Platform desirable Legally authorized to work in the United States Visa sponsorship is not available Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation and stakeholder engagement, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance logistics processes and drive efficiency.
