Location: Macungie, PA Shift: 1st & 2nd Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.25 hourly Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Support daily packaging line operations and communicate job assignments Monitor performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and GMP compliance Ensure accurate completion of batch records and documentation Assist with line changeovers, startups, and lot transitions Conduct attendance checks and confirm proper staffing at shift start Help assign line cleans and verify completion Report production metrics and escalate issues as needed Assist with deviations, investigations, and documentation corrections Provide training and serve as a liaison between associates and supervisors May be required to work directly on the production line as needed. Qualifications 35 years of pharmaceutical or regulated packaging experience required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Benefits: Use this link to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge's temporary employees.
