# Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** October 12, 2026**Location:** Fort Worth, Texas**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Critical care unit with responsibilities including patient assessment, advanced life support, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams**Highlights:**- Provide specialized care to patients experiencing heart attack, stroke, severe trauma, respiratory distress, and other critical conditions- Manage advanced medical equipment including ventilators, monitors, and intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP)- Administer intravenous fluids and medications while monitoring and recording vital signs- Collaborate with physicians during procedures and serve as patient advocate- Support pre- and post-operative patients with comprehensive critical care nursing- Utilize evidence-based nursing standards and protocols in life-saving situations**Requirements:**- Active Texas RN license or multi-state compact RN license- Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association- Experience in critical care nursing with assessment and care planning- Proficiency in wound treatment, advanced life support, and patient education**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced critical care environment where your expertise directly saves lives and supports families during challenging times.
