Job Description:
VHS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a current New Mexico RN license or a Compact license, along with BLS certification from AHA. This full-time position offers a day shift schedule (4 days, 10 hours per day), with weekend on-call responsibilities (1-2 weekends per month).


Responsibilities include assessing and planning individualized patient care, performing point-of-care testing, coordinating team activities, and ensuring excellent patient and family communication. The RN will also contribute to discharge planning, educational initiatives, and unit growth and development efforts.


Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact license
• BLS Certification from AHA
• Knowledge of age-specific patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Work Schedule:

• 4 Days per week, 10 hours per day (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
