Manufacturing Accounting Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Process and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Perform general accounting duties, including journal entries and account maintenance
Complete account and bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and support other accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience with AP, AR, general accounting, and reconciliations
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) or an accounting certification
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office

Position Details:
On-site | $20–$25/hour DOE

Temp-to-Hire | Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
