Bigfoot Roofing & Construction is hiring energetic Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an active, field-based position with flexible scheduling. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and being rewarded for their effort and results. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be one of the first points of contact with homeowners in local neighborhoods. You'll introduce Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, start conversations about roofing needs, and schedule free roof inspections for our experienced sales team. What You'll Be Doing Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their roofing needs Schedule free roof inspections and consultations Educate homeowners about storm damage, aging roofs, and available roofing solutions Support experienced sales representatives by generating qualified appointments Distribute marketing materials and promote Bigfoot Roofing & Construction's services Track daily activity and appointments using simple reporting tools Represent Bigfoot professionally within the community Develop valuable communication, networking, and sales skills Work toward opportunities for advancement within the company Flexible Schedule Four-hour afternoon and/or evening shifts Required four-hour shift every Saturday Flexible weekday scheduling Paid Training We want to give you the tools and confidence to succeed.
