We are seeking Certified Surgical Technician to join our team!

Shifts:

• Days:
  • 630a-7p 12hr shifts
  • 630a-5p 10hr shifts
• Evenings:
  • 1030-11p 12hr shifts
  • 1030-9p 10hr shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Surgical Technician to assist the multi-disciplinary health care team in clinical support functions and promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment. The Surgical Technician will work in collaboration under the direction of the RN and Surgeon during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scrub duties for various surgical procedures
• Demonstrates knowledge and application of sterile technique, instruments and supplies needed for surgical cases
• Communicates and participates in patient care activities in direct conjunction with the RN .

Qualifications:

• Would Strongly Prefer candidates that have 2 years of CST experience. Preference is acute care experience (1 year) would consider someone that does not have acute care experience. want to see candidates with ortho, neuro, vascular and robotics experience.
• MUST have CST certification in hand.
• Previous scrubbing experience is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Vocational School Graduate.

Additional Information:

Surgical Techs with experience will be given an 8-week orientation.

Sign On: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: CASE BY CASE

Shift Differentials:

• Night: $3.25/hr.
• Weekend: $2.00/hr.
• Evening (if working 8/10 hr. shifts): $2.00/hr.
