We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This full-time, 1st Shift position is based on site in Rockledge, FL, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support for hiring our workforce that will include coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for positions across the organization.Support the C.A.R.E values of the organization.Review resumes and identify strong candidatesConduct initial screening interviewsOrganize, schedule and conduct onsite interviewsCoordinate participation in career fairsSource for potential candidatesDevelop job postingsCreate offer lettersCoordinate new hire orientationResponsible for the onboarding of new employeesProvides support by planning and strategizing future workforce needsEdit and create job descriptions as requiredSupport with other HR projects as requiredRequirementsAssociate degree in human resource or related field preferred1-3 years of human resource or talent acquisition experience requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills with an ability to think criticallyExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills across all levels of the organizationStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data managementWorking RelationshipCommunication is required across all levels of the organization- executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works under the immediate supervision of the HR Manager.Physical Requirements· Position requires constant physical effort both inside and outside of an air-conditioned environment.· Must be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time· Stand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period of time.Position Type/ Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position; days and hours of work may vary depending on business demands.SafetyThis position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all required protective personal equipment (PPE).
