Logistic Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Logistics Specialist to support materials management, warehouse coordination, and import/export operations for a growing engineering and manufacturing company in the semiconductor industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in logistics, inventory control, and international shipping processes.

Location: North Phoenix, AZ (85027)
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: M-F 8A-5P
Pay Range: $60K- $70K DOE

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including material movement, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling
• Support import/export processes, including documentation, compliance, and shipment coordination
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with warehouse organization and material control
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and related logistics paperwork
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or discrepancies
• Assist with continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
• Experience with import/export processes and documentation required
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate across teams
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Mandarin Chinese communication is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Able to balance administrative work with operational support
